3. No Financial or Investment Advice

RetraceIQ does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Any analytics, reports, or AI-generated insights provided by the Service are based solely on the data entered by users and are intended for educational and informational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. RetraceIQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of RetraceIQ may require a paid subscription.

By purchasing a subscription:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees
  • Billing occurs in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds for annual plans may be considered within 14 days of purchase, at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
  • Share your account credentials with individuals outside your household
  • Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent activities
  • Upload or transmit content that violates intellectual property rights

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, branding, and technology associated with RetraceIQ are the property of RetraceIQ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your trade data remains your property.

By using the Service, you grant RetraceIQ a limited license to process and analyze your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service and improving platform functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RetraceIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to RetraceIQ during the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
